We provide a team of Surgeons, Physicians, Physician Assistants and Supervised Emergency Medical Technicians, that are knowledgeable of all OSHA guidelines for recordable injuries. Our comprehensive medical team works alongside the Employee Health and Safety team to respond to, and take care of all work-related injuries. With this model, we can offer quick management of workplace injuries, often times making them non-recordable and assuring zero work loss time and claims cost reduction. Our medical team are required to have practiced Orthopedics or Emergency Medicine for a minimum of 3 years before they are even considered to work at First Care.
